Opera has turned into a free browser without ads. I got Opera as a present last Xmas and have enjoyed it immensely. They finally realized firefox/mozilla around for the long haul so their new version 8.5 has been released free with no adbar either so it has finally become freeware.

p.s. it hasn't been hacked yet like firefox just an fyi

What exactly do you mean by "hacked"?

Opera is a Explorer. It has many features. I will use it from time to time.

One thing is for sure. It will get better with time.

opera is a very good all in one browser, you get email, www, bittorrent now i believe, and IRC.

i used it for a while but switched back to firefox since i really only need the web, and i had some site problems.
