Once you have downloaded it..click the icon .You have a few choices either create a tactic offline or enter any server ip you want. After that just create the tactic for the current map and bingo should been seen by all. :peace:

i think we already have had this tool before. i dont know if we used it, but i know it was already on the forums, because i have it downloaded and i wouldve never thought of downloading it.
