November 21, 200520 yr Author I saw that but if you download the full .PDF. They only tested with so many motherboards. I would not hesitate buying it if you have Nforce 2,3,4 etc etc.

November 21, 200520 yr Author Understandable. I am sticking with my 2 gigs of OCZ low cas pc3200 myself. However there are others out there that might like 1 gig of inexpensive stuff not requiring a rebate. I HATE REBATES!!!

November 23, 200520 yr Author You will need 4 slots total or two more availible. If you do have two availible. Checking your Mobos mfgr forums might answer that one. I would say yes but I would get this stuff if you have a few extra dollars.
