Some dude won lots of money again playing video games. They call him the Tiger Woods of gaming.

A quote from Wendel

There’s always an ongoing debate about age being a factor in terms of a gamers performance. Some people claim that teenagers are overall more skilled when it comes to FPS type games that require an enormous amount of hand eye co-ordination and quick reflexes. You’re in your 20’s now, so do you think your age will be a factor in your performance as you inch closer to your 30’s or older?

JW: It might, but maybe I’ll be able to outwit most of my opponents and still be one of the best in my 30’s or 40’s. Look at Michael Jordan now at the age of 40. He’s still pulling 30-40 point games against all these young kids. Yes it might be tough, but we’re entering an unknown territory in the gaming world that has never been tested.

How is that lame? This guy has won in one turnament more than most people earn in a year.

Just curious why you would say that is lame.

its lame because he spends all his time playing video games. in order to be that good he has to have spent hours on end playing games, i wonder how is social life is.

I mean sure, i wish i was that good, but it is a little overboard.

Agreed. This dood is making mad loot by doing what we do every night. Smart kid - travelling to the tournaments with the biggest payouts and then pawning everyone.

This guy has been doing this for some time, it's nothing new.

He's just good, and marketing on that. Although I don't agree with stuff like mobos being named after him, he definatly deserves his prize

And besides, he's only good at iD FPS. I haven't seen him play anything else.
