OK, playing in the server and while being attacked I accidentally tk a guy standing in front of an enemy APC. 10 minutes later I return fire on a helo that was hammering us and get charged with a TK for that. Then banned with no warning. Any help would be appreciated. Find a nice server then getting banned for tk's that werent my fault is a bit overboard on adminship.

in 99 cases out of 100 you were banned for one round by the PUNKBUSTER. He's not TAC admin. It's just a fool that is wandering here and there hoping to kick someone.

 

BTW: it's always a message: "you were kicked by an admin due to excessive TK'ing" or something between those lines. Check if you can return to TAC server after a round.

I am admin and that is exactly right Bounty Hunter. We have had similar complaints here and our TK level is fairly high compared to some servers.

LOL I don't have enough fingers to count how many times I been kicked/ banned for tk's. and the list goes on and on... I'm mostly Aviator and my missles enjoy zipping by enemy aircrafts into my team mates, or the bombing runs and whoops 1 or 2 friendlies get killed while saving them from 5 to 6 baddies... and yet still the tk punish. the ban only last for 1 round, then you can re-enter when the map restarts.

You were not banned by an admin, it was punkbuster. If you can't get on after a round, then it was an admin.

 

also, if you come onto our ventrilo channel, and politely ask for an admin, one of us can remove the ban and you will be able to get back into the game right away rather than waiting for the round to end.
