BF2 & SF keeps crashing

Featured Replies

Guys im not really sure on this one, i installed bf2:sf last night and repatched it started playing and it ran fine.

Today when i try to get on it lags really really bad at the login then when i do finally log in if i click anything like multiplayer singleplayer bfhq it crashes and i end up mauling on ctrl alt esc alt f4 all that till i finally return to windows.

Restart my computer and it still does the same thing, i also tried resetting my internet connection and router still no luck.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Brent

maybe the main BF2 server is down again? i dont really know any other reason. wait ive got one! EA! but srsly, i think it may just be the Battlefield servers again.
EA was havin gbig problems today. I installed SF today and nothing but trouble and long load times. 15 minutes to verify clent data. Should be o.k. now though I think.
Nah, you're fine, mate...I'm not entirely sure of this thread's date, but I think all problems are fixed. I'm making a thread about VOIP, though...I know you, too, are having troubles with it, Proxx.
I have crashed to desktop a few times this week....not sure why. Some days it works like a charm.
