During gameplay on our BF2 server I hear constantly " Gator, can you ban this guy"?, "Gator can you kick this guy"?

theres tons more other than just kicking and banning the people who break the rules..my favorite are !disorient and !fling, disorient turns their veiw upside down and reverses all their directional controls, while fling sends them to the other side of the map via catapault..
