There seems to be some problem with Americans not knowing what Boxing Day is.

definition:

the name given to the December 26th public holiday, which was synonymous with the boxing and exchanging of gifts that would normally occur on this day by the slaves.

In reality in Canada it is a BIG shopping day where everything is on sale and the malls are FULL. It's kinda like the day after Thanksgiving in the U.S.A.

Hope that clears it up for you all.

I know they have Boxing Day sales in Minnesota so I don't know why you guys don't know but that's the explanation.
