I just got it. My Audigy2 went belly up so the price was like $20 cheaper than anywhere else.

    It will be a mild upgrade. A few FPS more. Sound will be a little crisper.

     

    It is worth it if you are building a new system and want to push a sound card down to someone that is using onboard. Hint Hint. :D
