January 14, 200620 yr Author They are so so is correct but for a reason. I think the reason behind that is that their prices reflect the buyer intelligence. The less informed person that is and that leads to mistakes during installation, etc etc. Which also yeilds higher returns and misinformation about their product. Many a manufacturer have gone upscale just to avoid this problem.
