Well i've been checking out keyboards and I always wanted a keyboard that lit in some way or another and I remembered a post here about 'em before so I check out Saitek. (I already have their X45 Joystick and love it. )

 

To the point. I found the keyboard, but now i'm deciding between the blue lit or the red lit one.

 

I originally like the color blue and it's cool. lol But looks like it can be a bit dim.

Red color seems to be really brighter and reminds me of predator for some reason lol. Seems like it could be too bright though, the image makes the keys look blurry.

 

If you guys had to choose, which one and why?

How much do they cost?

Enough, but I have the money. (60 $ I belive btw)

I have the Saitek Gaming Keyboard. Its really nice. My recomendation would be to pick the one that matches up with your comp and work area. ex. My comp, keyboard, and mouse are all lit with blue LEDs. And my room is blue. So I picked the gaming keyboard.

mouse optic is red...if i could change it..i would...base plate of my joystick is blue...so..i'm probably going with blue heh..blue border on my window boxes...blue light on my ps2...blue electric LED light thingy bobber in my room.....ya.heh

Well I got my keyboard today. Still have to get used to it, having a few typos here and there, but other than that. It's super quiet, the keys are soft..O.o and it's sexay! :peace:

theres a button, i used to have a light up keyboard...then all the keys broke. it was a cheapo one though

i was gonna say red, my uncle has the red kind and its pretty good. only problem i found was that the hand rest thing wouldnt take the weight of my hands when i play.

I purchased a Zboard keyboard yesterday + the bf2 addon zboard: more easy to play than a classic keyboard + mouse!
