February 3, 200620 yr Check the support pages of EA or check some fan pages. This error is well known. You should find a solution there. But it could be much work (reinstall and so on) to solve it.
February 3, 200620 yr Author fixed atleast for me I dont know about everyone else but my video drivers got corrupt or something cause i dl'd the latest catalyst drivers and everythings fine and dandy now. Now to go to work 2 hours late
February 3, 200620 yr Also what I think is funny, most people scream, abuse, and blame the monitor for the problems (im guilty of that myself) when in effect you are just shooting the messenger....
February 3, 200620 yr that's odd the same thing happened to me last nite i think,i'd try to start up bf2 it would go to the pop up screen that says bf2 with the picture then it would just stay there, and not go to game.i ended up turing off every program i had running(cep for ventrilo) and after about 20 mins i got it to work, just as our server shut it self down:( so poo.i didn't get to play either.
February 3, 200620 yr happened to me to, i had to many accounts logged on and stuff running. When i shut most of the stuff off it seemed to work. I just kept trying and eventually it started up. Really weird problem.
February 3, 200620 yr I just renamed all the files that have all the crap before the game so I go straight to the login and its been working alittle better since I had that problem also another thing is to be sure that you have most your programs closed
February 5, 200620 yr i suggest to all if you don't have current best systems, you may be better off with older then newest video drivers. you have to experiment to find best drivers for age of your system. what counts is driver date compared to expected average cpu speed, ram, video card speed and ram.
