Have the recent videos showing a futuristic looking game from DICE been showing this new battlefield game all along? Seems very plausible!

EDIT: When we did a WHOIS query on www.battlefield2142.com we noticed it is being held by groth.se, a registrar located in Stockholm, Sweden -- which coincidently located in the same city where DICE's headquarters are.

So, Inky, before you speculate on how this HAS to be the BF2 engine, I think you better realize that it is pre-rendered. It is from FC:LAPD for the PS1,

edit: really from future cop? its not the same make and model from the ps1 version.... remember the walker could transform to a hover bike therefore it can not have the weapons up top like in the vid (shoulder mounted), plus the colors and graphics dont match the ps1 game. i'm sorry but i dont remember what level thats from if it is....

That's the problem Klink Hogan doesn't check the links, so for course he has no idea

so i guess it is true then...hmm seems somewhat puzzling why they just keep pumping out the titles without fixing the old ones eventually they are going to release a game that sells 6 copies due to the clientel they have lost

I will admit, it looked cool.

 

But I would rather get that Quake 4 Online FPS coming out than that, I have more faith in it,

I checked. Looking like some unbelievable stuff to me. Butt fine if ya can get into more "unreal" stuff. if they allow low end pcs to do it okay, maybe. But I tired of games saying minimum requirements that even when met still lags online.

i think it's great that EA is making a new game that's in the battlefeild sort.

I guess they figure if they keep on sending out crap and the poeple keep buying it,why stop.They know now that no matter how bad/buggy a game is were all gonna buy it anyways just to complain about it if nothing else:D All i got to say is hmmmm wonder if i can get a job working for EA/dice.Then i can laugh all the way to the bank. DICE could be using that crappy trailer to cover up what they are really working on.
