I make sure the chemical makeup of every system that contains a liquid is within a predetermined band so we keep things running and not corrode and fail. Electrician, specializing in computerized building automation systems (DDC). We build new construction buildings, and retrofit buildings to be more energy efficient.

for example we install light level sensors on the perimeter of each floor to detect how bright it is in the space. if it gets too bright we turn off the first 2 outer zones of lighting to save energy.

Motion sensors in the space control the spaces heating / cooling / ventilation system. so that it only runs when somebody is in there.
