April 22, 200619 yr Lol I just made it. I feel like I am about 5 years old right now, but the gun works and it is pretty cool
April 22, 200619 yr thats nothing! Deli makes guns out of his legos, although they don't fire. They still look very cool.
April 22, 200619 yr Here is my variation with a working (though tricky) trigger http://img108.imageshack.us/my.php?image=000003621tk.jpg
April 23, 200619 yr no I mean it is a bit...faulty. You have to hit the trigger more than once (usually) before it fires.
April 23, 200619 yr my friend once made a gun out of LEGOs that fired, ejected the casing or whatever its called, and you could then reload it. he's really good with LEGOs and he is still building with them to this day. and it wasnt oddly shaped either.
April 23, 200619 yr lol thats cool, but i dont have legos anymore. You would think having 2 kids I would!
April 23, 200619 yr Ok, after reading this post I was like many of you and said, why not? So I pulled out a old lego project I gave up on and made this I call it the Tigerhawk Mk1 Lego Pistol http://img178.imageshack.us/img178/1125/thmk19oh.jpg Basic construction with a bit of coolness added into it, trigger is for costmetic looks... But I'm a typical guy with nothing to do on a Sat. night, so I beefed it up and made it look awsome... I give you the Tigerhawk Mk2 Lego Pistol Front http://img178.imageshack.us/img178/1484/thmk2front6jb.jpg Side http://img195.imageshack.us/img195/9116/thmk2side0fv.jpg Sight http://img165.imageshack.us/img165/4084/thmk2sight1wq.jpg Ok, just a beefed up version (shoots about twice as far and hard) and looks like a cross bow, also added a flashlight and sights. Ok, now I've seen the movie "Walk the Line" like 80 times already and we had family night and watched that, so I grabbed my 10 year collection of legos and got to work... and I give you... The TIGERHAWK R1A1 LEGO SINGLE SHOT ASSAULT RIFLE Sights http://img168.imageshack.us/img168/1171/thr1a15gp.jpg Front view http://img168.imageshack.us/img168/535/thr1a1front2cj.jpg Side view http://img174.imageshack.us/img174/8323/thr1a1side5ij.jpg Me about to pwn noobs at my house... http://img195.imageshack.us/img195/3739/r1a13al.jpg Ok,ok, here is the scoop. FULLY WORKING trigger, shoots about 25 yards and judging about 120 fps or so (used ubar rubber bands ) Sights, tac light, and just the look of awsomeness around it. I would like to thank Tigerhawk for posting this originally and giving me the insperation (and I stole your name mainly for that reason, thought you should get some of the coolness off it ), 2nd to Veritas, who gave me the idea of the working trigger, Nadril, for playing EverQuest and not giving a care in the world on what my goal is, and finally my friends and ex-girl friend for leaving me at home on a Sat night with too many legos around Thanks agian for paying attention
April 23, 200619 yr wow i wish i had skill like that. i have no imagination at all sure you do like all those story's you tell of having friends and stuff:D
April 23, 200619 yr wow....ktown u crack baby it ok flip you go girl, tell that mean -ol k town guy off
April 23, 200619 yr Well this is my take on a lego gun. It doesn't fire but I think its a pretty good likeness. I especially like the new camo pattern I developed, its for use incase the carnies take over a circus. I call it exploded clown. /monthly_06_2011/post-989-130810181542_thumb.jpg /monthly_06_2011/post-989-130810181548_thumb.jpg /monthly_06_2011/post-989-130810181556_thumb.jpg
