May 27, 200619 yr That is absolutely ridiculous. He doesnt have to go to jail because he is short. I just don't understand that. I mean sure he might get killed in prison because he is small but maybe he should have thought of that BEFORE he decided to molest a child. Absolutely ridiculous
May 27, 200619 yr I we generally try to steer clear of political and religious topics here, but I do agree that the US has given the courts WAY to much power. If you recall, there are three parts to our democratic government. Unfortunately, the judicial, particularly in local scenerios, are starting to "make" their own laws (or interpret it however they wish). Things will only get worse until we decide to buckle down and do what's right. People that break the law, should be punished --- and sometimes harshly. Here, I'll now hand my soap box to someone else...
