New Bug from 1.3 Patch???

Featured Replies

I think I may have spotted a new bug from the 1.3 patch. While in game, if I join a squad and then leave it, I can not join any other squad unless someone invites me. The only way I have found to fix this is to quit and reopen BF2. This applies to both BF2 & SF. Anyone else run into this?
Mercury gets that a lot and it's not the new feature where you can't just join a squad on the fly.
Yea, I had that problem the other night. I got locked into a squad somehow. If I switched teams it switched me right back and put me in the squad again. I also couldn't just plain leave the squad. Made me very very mad.

yeah, it sux b/c basically it prevents you from playing in more than 1 squad w/o leaving and coming back.

who's idea was it anyway to mess w/ the squads in the first place :(

If you leave the squad, you cannot join another squad unless you spawn in a control point. After that, you can join another squad. It is not a bug. It was added in the 1.3 patch.

It's a bug though that they are talking about.
