June 7, 200619 yr Bought one copy. Then Hooked up my PC to my 52" HDTV and the X-FI to my Surround sound reviever. It was Movie night HL2 Style! The Kids played. We all watched. The surround really made it happen. The Sequel was good. Graphics were good. Gameplay well done. Just a little short. Nothing really new.
June 7, 200619 yr I agree, it was good, well done, and a little short. It was a great installment to the story. It is a must have for the Half Life junky like me. I cant wait untill around Christmas when Episode II is supposed to be released. I reccomend you play with the commentary on, its very interesting. Its not like commentaries with movies you can choose to activate these baloons and listen and while you listen you dont take any damage so you dont have to worry about that.
June 7, 200619 yr yeah its really fun i got the x-fi sound card and the surround sound also but not the screen tho. beat it the first day it came out. its pretty shot only a few hour game but it is worth it
June 7, 200619 yr its only supposed to be a few hours. hense the 20 bucks and the name "episode 1" about 3 episodes would have made a single expansion.
