July 8, 200619 yr Well the Calgary Stampede officially kicks off today. Anybody even been to the stampede or plan on going in the future? Its alot of fun for someone who has never gone but I live here so I find it boring:lol:

Should go I guess someday. :thumbsup: well they have added a few things this year, the parade had the snowbirds flying above downtown this year which was kinda cool, I watched it from work this morning and then watched them land as my work is right off the main runway, also the grandstand show has canadian millitary griffon helicopters flying through it. Pretty cool stuff
