    I've never had any one of those problems with mine. With cyclone jacks post above...Which I posted because I was on his pc and forgot that I wasn't signed in.....I highly recommend it. Excellent sound card.

    Dont worry about sound issues upon install.

     

    Install the card after XP is installed.
