Beats the hell outta my 15 yr. old WalMart special. BTW, I don't eat like this everyday LOL. Usually it's tacos or hamburgers for me or PIZZA.

July 25, 200619 yr tonight? Venison medallions, on a bed of safron and spring onion mash potatoe, dressed with rasberry and cranberry topping and a sprig of basil on teh side.. Prior to that we had warm parma ham on a green leaf salad with pear slices.. and for desert truffles (i cooked for a family occasion tonight)
July 25, 200619 yr I had 2 peices of Canadian Bacon and Mushroom pizza and half of a blueberry bagel with cream cheese lol. Some what of an odd combination, but still its not as bad as Oysters and Orange Juice (yeah...that was my bro one morning lol.)
July 25, 200619 yr tonight it was a 10oz cajun marinated tri-tip sirloin topped with sauteed onions, melted blue cheese, and garlic butter with a side of garlic mashed potatoes the wife had an oriental roll with french fries gotta love working at Applebees :thumbsup:

July 25, 200619 yr oh yeah dude...i used to work the broiler at chili's....nothing like an 8' x 4' 600F broiler roasting up your face all night :thumbsup:
July 25, 200619 yr yeah...its been pretty hot here, in the mid-high 90s...and the servers will walk back from their air conditioned front and complain about the heat...yet i'm standing over a 550 degree broiler not breaking a sweat this job has really increased my heat tolerance :thumbsup:
