Well it has come to my attention that a comment made in my comment on ventrilo has - possibly- offended someone or some people. this was never meant to be the case and was a joke regarding something that pope said to whitenine in chat.

 

Possibly shouldnt - well definatly shouldnt- have gone into my coment and in retrospect i feel i should apologise for this. It WAS meant as a joke and nothing more.

 

People who know me know that my sense of humour is low at times (all the time). Strobes, klink from way back in the know how i am... and possibly give me a little too much leighway, so from now on ill be making a concoius effort to be a little more conservative when on the forums and in the servers.

Well from what i was chattin about after the incident. Seems cleatus wasnt happy at the time and rightly so, the armory is conservitave - and always has been - but it seems that it has become more so (not that thats a bad thing ofcourse) and i was unaware that this would be taken as an offence by people, it was brought to my attention the change - or more appropriatly the strictening - of the rules and their enforcement.

 

had i known that what i typed there would have offended someone i would never have done it in the first place, personally i am very liberal, i really dont mind what is said as long as it doesnt border racism or hate towards another.

 

i been thinkin about it for the last few days, and deemed it appropriate to come and make an apology. which is here.. so please accept it if it in any way offended you at all - i already apologised to cleatus, but it struck me that i may have offended others as well (as he removed me from ventrilo)

 

Rather than justifying what i said - which i am in no way trying to do - i always considered TAC pg-13.. now in england it seems what can be rated a 12A (equivalent to US-PG13) Would probably or possibly be rated 15 or even possibly R in the US... i guess we can see alot more than you guys can over stateside... ill tone my level of "humour" down to UK PG i think, one up from U.

First and for most your apology was appreciated. What bothered me most is you knew better.

 

I look at it this way, if I seen that stuff on my daughters computer, she would no longer be allowed to use ventrilo. I personally know of one young man that frequents our ventrilo and forums, if his mom seen that, he would not be allowed to visit our site any more.

 

I accepted your apology and I am not upset about it, as far as I am concerned it is done and over with.
