A few of us have played no The Crow servers lately and had a good time with GREAT registration ( ask Phrogg ) and good pings so we went back.

 

The problem is when, the other night, me Smash and Bulter and Joe and someone else now that I can't remember, wne there and were owning of course I got kicked for spawn raping (Sharqi, MEC side, impossible to spawn rape) and even if they meant spawns that are cappable I wasn't doing that either. I wasn't breaking any rules that I know of and we got kicked. So, I go to their website to sign up to get unbanned ( not really caring because obviously there are many other servers including OURS ) but just wanting to see what they could be thinking. I believe Butler and Smash got kicked or banned too.

 

The funny thing is we all had the highest scores or close to it then all of a sudden we are GONE. LOL, just a heads up to the others that go to the Crow.

 

Response to someone that got kicked from the CROW servers.

 

First off, SLOW DOWN bud, a kick is no big deal! A BAN, is what you need to worry about. If people saw you in there , and you were kicked by an admin- they would have the foresight to get a screenshot of you in the hotel ( In which case you are PORKED with NO acceptable excuses). Most of the time you can connect again after a kick and many BANS are only for ONE ROUND ( after which you can connect again). If you werent in the hotel for real - you have nothing to worry about, but if your trying to BULLSHIT us and you get caught dont bother trying to argue. Our admins are VERY sharp and our leadership figures are extremely adept at catching people in a lie with actual proof. I hope for your sake that you are telling the truth- in which case you will be back in our servers in no time flat. Good Luck adn Hope to see you soon.

Me and Smash probally should have been banned. 1st we take their chopper then totally dominate them with it . The only reason we were " banned" is because we kept killing a crow member who happened to be armor whorring. We killed him as he was leaving the uncap and " poof " we're banned. But i still dont know why the banned u Klink.

 

 

PS: the ban was only 4 a couple rounds , i was back on the sever today

Yes, klink is right. I don't know how reg works in BF2, not that I did in FA, however they I did have unbelieveable reg. I don't mean like for one round or just one weapon. No matter which weapon I had it was hitting close to every time. I might go there see if it happens again. Who knows I might even get banned as well.

As for the crow server, I tried it out yesterday for the first time and it wasnt too bad I thought...but it seems like they are kick happy seeing how 4+ of you got kicked. I dont like servers like that and I dont think I'll be playing there too often anymore

I've played on that server before a good deal of us VSFers got kicked for being too good. That is mainly why i play on VSF and Armory cause there is no BS rules like no spawn camping. If u really want to get banned try playing on Christian gamers they are worse than CROW.

understood, i dont try to get banned, but when i get banned for the lameo reason that these people dish out, i can't help but joke about it

well talk about irony, today many of us were playing on ther server, with almost no problems but then one admin in particlular decided to log in and make a difference, the whole time he was the he was doing nothing but talking bad to all players, dishing out kicks and threatening bans like its nobodies business, i left it alnoe untile he said somthing quite rude to me and i responded, apparently they do not like being spoken to in the same manner they speak to the rest and i got banned for it, butler got kicked as well.

The community of which i belong (THE ARMORY) has been playing on your server "CROW WILL TAKE YOUR SOUL" for some time now, it is a good server, minus a few points im about to make, last week there were four of us that had gotten banned for reasons unexplained, whether those were day bans or round bans or what they were lifted, but the fact they were given with quite unpleasent attitude and lacking a thorough explanation was grounds not to come back for a while, now since then there were no problems with any of our members or yours until today,

 

I was playing on the server for most of today with little to no headaches, when a certain member "mboyd" logged in, now im not one to critisize the way you run things but this dude has some serious attitude problem. round after round after round all i saw was this dude talkin smack to other players and then soon after these players were either kicked or just left themselves, i kept my mouth shut until his smack talk was directed at me, now it being your server i dont really care about anything your admins feel they can do but if you set out rules to follow perhaps you should ensure they do so such as :Players must be courteous to other players at all times. No personal attacks or abuse of any kind will be tolerated at all.

 

now i cant quite remember what was said at the time but it prompted me to respond with the same unpleasent attitude mr mboyd felt he could direct at me.

another member was online at this time he will confirm what was said by me so i have no reason to try to save face and i have no reason to lie, i was sick of reading his slander go across the screen, time after time on other servers we find ourselves in these situations and for the most part your server has been good, with a couple exceptions.

 

On our server "THE ARMORY" we pride ourselves by running a community where our admins do not talk down to other players, we do not threaten bans for a player that takes a chopper you were allegedly waiting for but you were across the roof shooting a sniper rifle, we do not try to tk players on our server for jets and then threaten to ban them when they wont move and we certainly do not talk smack to any player on our server, this is a goal is very easy to accomplish to make your server that much more likeable by monitoring your admins actions.

 

as for the rest of the members of my community, they should not be banned or kicked for anything i have said or done, they did nothing wrong, i am not here to request unban, all i want is for the rest of my members to be left out of this and i wanted to inform you of the players feelings on the other side of the admin tool...

 

i do not wish this to be a flame war or a slanderfest all i want is for a response from one of the admins and what they think, or remove the thread laugh about it and start calling names like i have seen today, the choice is yours.

 

 

 

 

now FTR: i did not mean to get banned and i did not mean to put any shame to the armory if doing so, i just cant take the fact these servers we go to all they do is ***** about us because we best them in all categories,and they like to threaten bans all around, perhaps running our vanilla server again would not be a bad idea, the SF comunity seems to be alot more reasonable
