Hello and welcome back to a new Battlegroup: Frontlines news update. Today we would like to show off one more camouflage of the StuG III Ausf. G. It is the camouflage that was used by the Sturmgeschuetzabteilung 242 at Monte Cassino in 1944, which was under the command of Hauptmann Rennecke. He and his battalion defended the region, which resulted in Rennecke receiving the Knight's Cross. During the fighting around the 14th February 1944, one StuG III Ausf. G. was able to destroy 17 Shermans and capture three fully operational with support of German Fallschirmjaegers. It was modeled by LeJules and skinned by Postman778.
