Ok so i decided that i'd instal special forces tonight.

 

and now when I try to connect to a normal bf2 server it tells me

 

"this server only allows users with unmodified content to connect. Revert your bf2 back to original and try again"

 

any help?

You're screwed lol.

J/K sorry bout your trouble but that is what I had with the Euro pack and could never fix it short of reinstalling and I didn't do that for the lousy maps of that pack.

Thats normal for BF2. Problems over Problems over Problems..

For Months I could not play one or the other depending on the order of what I patched.

 

Finally 1.3 fixed something. I can play both now.

did that ........ guess i'll reinstall bf2, then install sf, then patch.

could have been messed up cause i had bf2 and 1.3 installed. then installed sf and 1.3 overtop

reinstall bf2 and sf then patch it. make sure u get the Full 1.3 patch

And don't use ea downloader ewwww!!!

Have had this problem with Vanilla lately every now and then when the server crashes it happens usually can't play for a couple of hours to give EA a chance to update:mad:

1.3 FULL for teh win.
