October 6, 200619 yr from the EA bf2142 forums, hope this helps Change your desktop shortcut to "C:\Program Files\EA Games\Battlefield 2\BF2.exe" +menu 1 +widescreen 1 +szx 1280 +szy 1024 Changing the 1280 and 1024 to your screen resolution. It forces it in game but your menus and stuff will still be your old crappy 4:3 res. In game will be correct.
