Okay, What's the deal with the ranks not upgrading and not being able to get the unlocks? I'm starting to get pissed off about this. Last night I played until 3AM got no unlocks and my score was like 463. I get on today, I'm still same rank and my score is back down to 315! This is bull!!! Everyone else is getting their unlocks and ranks and I've got no weapons ! How is a girl supposed to kill you guys anyways??? Anyways, EA better look into this fast, cuz I'm not a happy camper so far. The game is fine, but the bugs in the ranking and unlocks, and scores is not!! Rule #1 Don't piss off Wolfey!!!!

yes it has been very frustrating for me as well, I have 400 points and my rank up was at 200, and no unlocks, I have only gotten 2 the first night I played. I am also missing a ton of dog tags and awards as well.

Well I just finished playing and I finally ranked up after 3 days, but I am still missing a bunch of stats . You know I really wish they would finish a game before relasing it to the pubic because IMO this game is not finished. Still have the nice server crashes and CTD, and they say the servers cant handle all the stats at once which is why they are so delayed. So my question is why has the game been released when there are still so many issues?

The games fine it's just all on their end. Punkbuster I think is mostly the problem.

Well I dont have it yet but with problems like these I am not so dissappointed that I have to wait a week or so!

IMO the BF2 Engine itsself is screwed up and needs a complete overhaul.

I got my first knife kill today and of course it not recorded.

First day I recieved 2 commanders medals and of course not recorded.. ...I need every thing i can get....between working 7 days a week and changing diapers I don't have much time to play:(

Well, I just got my 1 rank up. But, I'm lacking 250 points yet, and I got a silver and it didn't record that. Chances are that will probably be my only time I ever get one, and of course its not recorded. I did get my one unlock thank god. But I missing my knife kills and other pins also. According to the forums, this is not uncommon and a lot of people are experiencing the same thing.

Now I have a question on the grenades. It is listed under abilities. I can't just pick 1-6 on weapons and throw it? I have to go back in under abilities to throw a grenade? That just doesn't make sense to me.

Way to go EA. It just makes me not want to play the game even more now. I've had very little time to play it, and now that I play, I'm experiencing all these problems. This just makes the game no fun. So, I guess I'll wait until tomorrow to see if I get my 250 points back. If not then I'll really blow!!!!!

this would become quite a nuisance if you ask me, i could see having to change it when you join a new server or start up the game, but not every round.that would anger me

Gator, klink, Gijoe, cpl medicus, cleatus, Bishop, and a few others are missing from my mantle now... but Shadow, i still got yours bud! lol

i just got like 3 or 4 rank ups and 3 item unlocks,so i guess that's good ,i still now sure if i have all the dog tags i've collected.

Okay, played again today after I built my points up to 489, and guess what??? I was back down to 353!!!!! So, it was suggested to me to delete my soldier and then recreate it. I did, so if that doesn't work then I don't know what I will do. I might stop playing this stupid game until they get it fixed. What's pissing me off is, now everyone has enough unlocks to continue to kill me, and I'm still stuck with the stupid useless basic weapons. I'm getting really frustrated. My dog tag kills haven't showed up either. I'm hating EA with a passion right now.

to hear that Wolfey. But you do have to understand there are a lot of people playing and getting points and ranking up like crazy that the system can't keep put with it all but I'm sure it will catch up with your stats, just don't give up yet.

I'm sorry TH, but that doesn't cut it with me. BF2 never had a rank and stat problem like this. EA knew this was going to be a very popular game and we were all waiting for it to come out. They knew we would buy it, and they knew it still had it's problems, but they still released it. I mean come on, they saw how many people played the Beta, so they did have a clue. What I find really suspicious is, the Beta didn't let you rank up. So, what does that tell you about the ranks and stats??? That EA knew there was a problem and they were still working on that problem when they released the Beta! They just knew they were going to make all this money off of us and they didn't care if the bugs were worked out or not. All they saw was green!!!! I know I'm ranting, but I'm really frustrated with EA. I also know that I'm not the only one suffering, but that doesn't seem to make it any better. I'm not really in it for the stats, but this game relies on stats to get weapons etc. What makes it hard is everyone now has the better weapons and being stuck with the basics = for a very frustrating game. I just wish EA would get a fix on this issue. But, look how they fixed BF2!!! Yeah, I should have boycotted this game, cuz they never fixed BF2 and promised that too. They saw another game and how to make more money off of us. I actually was going to buy the other copy I had reserved, but not anymore. I wouldn't waste any more of my hard earned money!!!!

The reason BF2 wasn't messed up like this because not everyone was looking forward to BF2, so not as many got the game right at the beginning of its release, unlike BF2142 everyone was looking forward to it and wanted to play right away because of all the hype about the game. That's just my theory. But I do notice as of lately even BF2 stats don't update either because BF2/Sf & BF2142 are all on the same engine so the stats are slow for all 3 games. Go figure

They were working okay as of last night, but I havent been on yet today. I still ended up losing over 400 points, dogtags and a silver star. For me thats a lot because I very rarely get a silver star. :thumbsup:

I think it was just the first 2 days for the most part, I lost about 5 tags 4 awards and a few points but it seems to be working fine now :thumbsup:
