November 3, 200619 yr A few of you have realised this already. However, for those of you who don't realise, I'm putting this up for all of you to see. Last night I earned my Silver badge for Assault kits. The sucker gave me a huge FIVE HUNDRED CAREER POINT BONUS. And it wasn't terribly hard to get. In fact, I'm halfway to getting my Silver Engineer badge already! It's just a matter of logging the time, that's all. Makes me wonder how much the gold badges are worth tho... the bronze were only worth 20 if I recall... so from a 20 to 500 point jump... the gold badges are going to be worth ALOT of points. So I got to looking over the various badges and medals, and discovering that most of them arent' all that impossible to achieve. I've got one that just requires my Pistol, Recon, Knife, and Explosives bronze badges (as I got the other 4 required ones) which I figure can all be fairly easy for me to achieve with just one more unlock in the Recon kit. At any rate, I guess the point I'm trying to get across to those of you who are trying (like myself) to at least look halfway respectable in the shadow of such ranking giants as JCMoncur, GiJoe, or what not.. these are our keys. If nothing else... working toward these badges will make you better at using the skills required to earn them... and thus making you a more rounded out player.
November 3, 200619 yr I played as commander on the titan server and defended my titan and earned 4 badges!!!! as well as 3 different pins!

November 3, 200619 yr I think it will all come easy with the more time you log into playing, Im at about 15-20 hours currently but I have been able to play more recently. I think last week I was at about 6 hours :thumbsup:
November 3, 200619 yr I've honestly had enough with this game. I'm starting to like it less and less every day...its just soo frustrating. The game needs major work done if im going to keep playing this. Most importantly they need to redo the hit detection, you shouldn't need to stab someone 7 times to kill them. Its just complete garbage.

Its just complete garbage. QFE. Anyway, I got a 500 for the pistol 7 kills and that was cool. I need an easy 15 claymores for another 500 explosives badge. Knifing? Well, like the above post says I sneaked up on about 20 guys and got 5 kills. Pathetic knife. Like I said before too if you can get 5 kills in a row lots it's like getting 2 pt. kills. Skill pays off more in this mod. Another thing that bugs me is remember BF2 I got ALL the gold and got ZERO points. I would have been the commander in chief dammit. LOL.
November 4, 200619 yr I just made major gold last night I have about 100 hrs of gameplay. I finally earnd the knife gold badge it was pretty hard but it was a bunch off noobs attcking my titan lol also got my handgun silver and recon sniper all in one night. :thumbsup:

November 6, 200619 yr 4 of the ribbons gives you the most amount of points an award can give you. They give you 2000 points for each ribbon. They are the: Legion of Merit Combat commander War College Valorous Unit Service. Have fun getting those.
