Posted November 26, 200618 yr We are the State Champions!!!! Our high school football team, just took the State trophy home tonight. We are so proud of our team. We played Monroe Woodbury, who have not lost a game since 2004!!!! I was on the bus, and now am having a hard time talking! Lucky you guys!!! They had been State champions, and we knocked them off!!! Woohoo! Yeah Auburn. :banana:

November 27, 200618 yr ya so my hs football team took state and were looking for our 7th state title in girls basketball and we're the one of the few high schools to win 120 straight games.

We took it to a team that was heavily favored, and had set or come close to setting state records in scoring and yardage (both team, and two individuals) for the season, and we held them to minimal on all counts. We owned them! Their top rusher had no less than 211 rushing yards per game all season. We held him to 11.. They're first quarter score for the season versus opponents was 211 to 6. We scored in the first 57 seconds... We just flat took it to 'em.. They weren't used to getting hit either, their quarter back was complaining about getting hit so hard... Was a great day... Good thing the cops were on duty in my town though, the place was a ghost town.. LOL TFD

Oh, and the Wide receiver on our team got stupid and went to a pizza joint to celebrate. Got into a fight and got arrested for Disorderly Conduct, only a violation though. The kid has talent, but he's a trouble maker.
