There is no apple pie in Perry Como's "Home for the Holidays"; just pumpkin pie (and that's here in good ole' PA). #2: Hard one. Some go with Sinter Klass, an old Dutch figure; others claim Saint Nicholas of Myra. #3: Betty & Judy (but I'm not old enough to recall the last name).
