I'd say it was pretty good, it really had all that 'going out' kind of stuff it needed. As usual, the training scene was epic, and the fight was fantastic.

 

Not to mention, this movie is filled with Rocky jokes, Rocky one liners, and Rocky speeches. :D ;) :)
