School Closed!: Is this a good thing or a bad one?

Well I wake up today, not ever thinking of any dangerous weather. Then my mom calls twice, while im trying to go back to sleep. I finally get up, and answer it and my mom's like "Yeah I don't think they're going to be school open today, the roads are icey." So I check on CH, and ofcourse, schools are closed, like everywhere in southern Ontario due to the ice storm.

And I wondered if the conditions will be like this tomorrow.. so I check, and it's most likely that will happen, it will probably be even worse than right now.

So why shouldn't I be completely happy right now? No school right? Well.. we all remember ISUs, and my history class has presentations started monday, and ending friday. They are 25 minute presentations. Mine is schedualed to be on Friday. Now they will be pushed back atleast 2 days, yet that's when exams are hurray!

Now will the exams be pushed back? I've never experienced a ice/snow day before right before exams, so does anyone know if the school will actually push back exams in a case like this?

BLAH

no idea but sure seems like awsome weather over there even though I am experiencing the same weather here in TX
same i dont have school because of MLk day, however your exams wil be pushed back because it like these two days were just added into your scedule...everything for the rest of the year will be two days later

i doubt exams will be pushed back *unless its the exam for that class*

Damn, you southerners can't drive or survive with a little ice or snow. I can't remember the last time a school was closed here. We had 4 feet of snow in a day and a half and that didn't even barely close anything until the last minute. That was about 9 years ago but I had to work and drive the bus through it.
i got like a inch of snow and got no delay or anything but i didnt expexct it
lol we can drive my my parents lived in chicago and my dad grew up there but theres also the fact that we arent prepared for ice and snow like the big cities up north.
