February 27, 200718 yr I was looking for the record for most consecutive chin-ups (pull-ups) and I found a site that had some pretty amazing fitness records. Here are a few: One armed Push Ups: 10 Mintues - 546 30 Minutes - 1,382 Chin Ups: 30 Minutes - 418 1 Hour - 701 12 Hours - 2,409 Sit Ups: 1 Hour - 2,201 24 Hours - 110,915!!!! I thought that that last one had to be a typo, but I looked on google and saw the exact same figure in several places. Crazy records. I thought someone might be interested:o oh holy hell, here is a nice mental one: The most numbers from Pi ever recited without mistakes: 42,195 digits.

February 28, 200718 yr Author yeah the guy who set that record for chin ups did reps of 3-4, stopped for a few seconds, went again. He said that he got to a point in training where he could rest for about 1 or 2 minutes and be fully rejuvenated for a few hours
