March 18, 200719 yr Well, I was installing some new things on my old computer, and I twisted the wrong way and hurt my back. Boy, I didn't want to call in sick, but I sure hope that I done have to chase anyone or get physical with them. I'm hoping that if I keep moving around that it will get better. I haven't had back problems for over a year now. guess they are back.
March 18, 200719 yr These types of injuries can sometimes be triggered by stress. Sometimes they are actually manifestations of stress. Eat some ashwagandha, its a natural adaptogen, and has many other wellness producing effects. I say this because your posts of late have all evidenced stressfull situations in your life. March 18, 200719 yr green tea, you can make it into iced tea. It triggers the soothing/calming centers of the brain, I cannot tell the difference when making it into iced tea taste wise. So if your problems are stress related this should also help:)
March 19, 200719 yr then you gota watch for me I'm the silent back up for wolfey just with out the gun they said no to that I'm here if ya need me wolfey i wont take meds tonight for ya ok. i also know what back pain is like have a bulged disks they suck be safe at work pain should go away soon
March 19, 200719 yr hit the pharmacy and ask for some of the cream the athletes use for muscle/sprain or pain it will heat your back muscles and also relieve the pain.
