Any baseball fans? I follow it pretty closely and I enjoy a trip to the park to watch a game now and then. I actually get to see my beloved Twins play during the summer when I visit family in Minnesota. I'm more of an American league fan, but enjoy the DH-free environment of the National League game. What teams do you root for and what ball parks have you visited?

:) :) :)

I have season tickets to the New York Yankees, we get about 22 games a year. So I go there a lot. I've been to Fenway, Shea Stadium, the one the philies play at and that's about it.

Thats sweet! I have never been to Fenway or Yankee stadium. Even though they are the enemy, I would love to visit those parks.

Fenway

Fulton County before they tore it down

I think there were alot more My dad was a big Baseball fan an when we were moving around when he was in the Air Force We'd go to a game where ever we were. But those are some of the ones I remember :)

GO GIANTS! :)

I've been to SBC Park (Giants), Candlestick (old Giants stadium), the Coliseum (A's), Camden Yards (Orioles) and Chavez Ravine (Dodgers - unfortunately, blue sucks :) ).

I don't like the DH Rule at all. Baseball is a nine man game, so why does the American League receive an advantage?

Just The Metrodome for me. Blue Jays fan here.

Metrodome looks a whole lot smaller in person huh? I thought it did.

I'm an air force brat too. We were overseas more than here.

I agree with you, but I still root on the ol' american league teams. :)

Being from NY, I'm a Yankees fan, but living in Houston, I get Astros tickets quite often. Kinda nice when the Yankees traded Clemens and Pettite to Houston.

i dont have a fav tem i am not into baseball but i do enjoy going to the statum to watch a game for the environment. i have been to wrigley field and qualcom in san diego
oh yeah I've mostly been watching Braves games since I've lived here the past decade or so :)
AHHH i LOVE baseball ive been to Ballpark in Arlington, Petco Park, umm Nationals Stadium, and Minute Maid Park, although i root for the Rangers they suck, hopefully Sammy Sosa will bring some more homers to the line-up.

im a Yankees fan, as you can see from my signature.

Yankee Stadium is the only one i've been to, but thats okay cause its the most beautiful one in the game :)

He did originally but made the final roster.

I'm with ya there brother. I follow the Rangers just because they are close.

I don't know about that....pretty close though. The new stadium they have planned looks sweet.
ouch that was harsh Sharpshooter

Heh, I appluade his loyalty to the Cubs, but its just that the Cubs will never win a World Series again. Tough, but admirable being a fan of such a hard luck team.

Although the Giants haven't been doing so hot.... :D

Sharp you are the man!!!! I want to plan a trip to NY to see a Yankees game. My wife is a Yankees fanatic!!!! She's been to Yankees Stadium, I haven't. We are from NY but live in AZ. I go to a lot of D'Backs games. I have tickets for the Giants-D'Backs series at the end of April.

Living in Phoenix I get to check out A LOT of good spring training games-------cactus league---good times--good brats----good brew!

I was at the game yesterday, it's April 9th and It started snowing during the 5th inning! We wound up leaving early because it was pretty cold (our seats are covered in the mezzanine) and they were losing :D . It's pretty awesome to see them building the new one literally right next store. We will be able to see the entire span of the construction process. We already reserved tickets for opening day 2009 in the new stadium
