Hi guys,

i have been with the comunity since december2006 (i think), and during this time i have really enjoyed the forum and servers, but most important the members, the fact that everybody is here for eachother in every way possible. So here is my idea/suggestion: why not have a TRAINING SECTION on the forum, a section where members and not only can share their gaming experience and skills for the benefit of others, a section where we can post questions on how to drive that, what should i do to achieve that and so on. A section where we can store all the gaming guides as well for all the games we play. Also some of the guys out there are really god and they could spend some time teaching others i mean like a new position within the clan for example (=A=)..../trainer, and we could have a new ribbon, a trainer ribbon. With different training courses on different days of the week (i.e. aircraft training on monday from 15:00-17:00 trainer available Mr...)and so on. Of course there could be more to it for example a factor that could count towards the clan member of the month achievement, or that this could make our clan kown out there, also improve the ventrilo attendance, or it could overall just make us enjoy more our game on the server, for example how many times we hear "o god this guy can not drive the walker/arcraft, o men down we go". We can also have strategies posted on how to act within a squad, or as a squad leader or even as commander, as in what is expected of one individual in order to implement the sense of teamwork in our servers. Overall i believe that being a voluntary thing some of our members might actually be interested, so this is my idea. I could write more but i know that our senior councils might get bored just reading it so this is it. :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

Tip 1. Grab a Famas.

 

On using this gun you will recieve messages of this nature from so called "leet" players :

 

"OMFG U NOOB, STOP R UZIN DAT GUN, OMG NOOB"

"OMFG WHORE, ***MAS WHORE IS LAME!!!, NOOOOOOB"

"GET R REAL GUNZ NOOB"

 

Tip 2. Bust out the Bizon / M79 combo and lame it up some more.

 

With any luck the affore mentioned "leet" players will leave the server then post on message boards about how lame that particular server is.

Now, I type for those PGM: "Famas is only for girls in the french army!".

 

And BTW, we had, in the old FA days, a training server who was best than 1000 words on posts!

Took the words out of my mouth. I paruse the different forums for that info often.

well i meant a section with the training only specific covering all games we play, but i guess you right there are alternatives, i can make a new thread or PM somebody if i need help with something, so the idea was that i would not have to do all that.

Your assuming people want to be trained. While advice here and there is good for most players. Actual training is quite different. This requires more time than most Armory players are willing to give.

 

If you need advice, then the appropriate forum for the game is just as good as any. If you want an individual players advice/training then ask. Most Armory members are willing to oblige.

You make sense, i was not assuming anything, most people will most of the times do something just because the opportunity is there ,i just posted the idea.
