Usually some gatorade and a couple of aspirin once I wake up, followed by another hour or two of sleep does the trick, but today it has failed me. I'm just about over it now, but I'm curious if anyone has a better cure...

With sleep apnea, every morining is a hangover moring. You get used to it.

Drink lots of ice water before you go to bed.

Every drink or two have a water. Pre strike that hangover. Best results.

Also, don't drink sugary pop try beer or diet pop or Tonic or Club Soda.

take an egg, mix with vinager, add salt and lil bit of water. blend (or mix with fork if you dont own a blender)

drink that puppy down. really works.

Yeah because the taste is so bad that it takes your mind off of everything else.

i could also give my self a frontal labotomy with the egg beater and a coat hanger to get ride of the the headache but i think ill pass

Drink at least 3 big glasses of water, followed by two pieces of bread. Hangovers are caused by dehydration, so the combination of hydrating and absorbing the alcohol does the trick. Or you could be magical like me and wake up hangover free every time...

And Tilgado, my dad has sleep apnea and uses a Cpap machine when he sleeps. He says he's never slept better. He went to a local hospital and did a sleep test and that's what they recommended. http://www.cpap.com/

Drink a pint (10fl.oz) of water or 2 before you goto sleep if you have been drinking heavily..

the hangover itself results from dehydration, causing the blood vessels in the brain ti shrink somewhat and pull on attached nerves hence the headache.

If you are really feeling adventurous then a small amount of salt (regular table) and a little sugar..

i have not had a hangover yet,

Avoid anything with caffeine is a must.. no matter how bad youf eel, Firstly it goes straight to the brain and mixes witht he problems you already have there.. secondly it is a diuretic (makes you pee and hence lose water) so it will make it worse without you knowing.

Force yourself to Throw up.

Going to bed with booze in your stomach is the worst thing for a hagover.

Ever notice that if you throw up from drinking too much. You dont feel to bad the next day? This is why.

Another things thanks to Shotty. Don't take Advil or ibuprophen because these drugs are supposed to shrink things and your blood vessels don't need to be shrunk anymore. I like Excedrin migraine. No matter how bad my head is I have 2 of these puppies and I am good to go.
lot o water while drinking, and not getting blitzed while drinking
