Posted August 31, 200322 yr http://www.gameplanet.co.nz/mag.dyn/News/5830.html It appears that Half-Life 2 is following the footsteps of its father I am not really disapointed anyway because this will give me more time to figure out how I can get it on its release date insted of getting the game 6 yrs later like HL1 then become a total n00b getting crushed by experts and dealing with 17,000 updates and hearing that HL3 is come out a year later. lol.
August 31, 200322 yr most games are delayed but i think its for the better that they do it. id rather have the game pushed back a couple months than play a game that has several problems in it.
August 31, 200322 yr good now i have more time to get a computer that can actually run HL2. thatll take time.lol
August 31, 200322 yr it appears that HL2 is NOT delayed in a recent interview with one Lombardi from Valve... Q.Vossey: Can you assure us of a September 30th release of Half-Life 2? A.Lombardi: Yes. No change in the release date is planned. The September 30th date is worldwide. In France as well as England. You can read some of the english version on www.planethalflife.com (just scroll down) or you can read the french version here>http://www.vossey.com/dossier.php?id=130 this rumor has been going on for weeks, the first time I saw it was on gamespy, and it just spread from there... Gabe Newell HIMSELF has confirmed that HL2 is not delayed
August 31, 200322 yr The release date I have received is February 3rd. :?Also... it's $54.99(US) retail price, not $49.99 like every other video game in the universe for the past 3 years.
August 31, 200322 yr Author Tomb Raider : AOD I believe sells for $54.99 (such a fun fun fun game)I need a new CPU and $54.99.For the CPU that includes a new motherboard and power supply.
August 31, 200322 yr Tomb Raider:AOD=teh sux. It's so buggy, got like 43% from PCGamer (which is the rating that BUDGETWARE titles get) anyway, it's ur money...go waste it. I'm preordering HL2, it's gonna be the best The release date I have received is February 3rd well then u recieved the wrong info
September 1, 200322 yr -Transatlantic Faux]Also... it's $54.99(US) retail price, not $49.99 like every other video game in the universe for the past 3 years. What are you talking about? WarCraft 3 cost about $60 when it first came out. It's no big deal. Games will get more expensive...

September 1, 200322 yr NNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
September 1, 200322 yr they said it will probably be released before x-masbetter than having a glitchy as hell game
September 1, 200322 yr man, I don't know why everyone DOESN'T want the game to come outI expected things like 'yay!' and 'awesome man! it's gonna be the best'
September 1, 200322 yr would you want the game to come out and it has problems doing stuff like AA and graphical probs and maybe it wont run on a certin grf card and other stuff.dont get me wrong i want it so bad but id rather them spend an extra month and have it be the best game ever
September 1, 200322 yr but the thing is, they didn't just start working on it just before the preview blowout, they've been working on it since the orignal HL came out...
September 1, 200322 yr Author For one reason people don't like Tomb Raider is that for one itrequires more brains then reflexes. :lol:You know kinda like Siscle and Roper rating a movie 2 thumbsup for heavy sexual content and giving the other movie 2 thumbs down. Its mostly a matter of opinion.I played TR:AOD. I enjoyed it. So far I have played all the Tomb Raiders andown all of them except for AOD. Believe me. I have played TR6 and its the bestTomb Raider yet. PCGamer might not like it but in my opinion its a excellent game.Although my opinion doesnt work for a multimillion dollar magazine so it probably doesnt matterwhat I say :lol:I would buy HL2 before AOD though. Heck I would preorder HL2 butlike all other games on earth the price tag is more then your adverage American alongwith the other 82 million adverage Americans can afford. I am going to see ifI can get any work from a friend programming to put torwards HL2 though.
September 2, 200322 yr i doubt they pushed it back because of the x-mas rushbut think about it its a 55$ dollar game when pcgamer reviews it it wouldnt be patched for any thing by than and it would be tested as isand if they say that the game was glitchy like it was rushed didnt run on certian comps and was all around bad ppl wouldnt buy it
September 24, 200322 yr Now it looks like official. I found the following: http://www.gamespydaily.com/news/fullstory.asp?id=5298 and http://www.shacknews.com/onearticle.x/28497 it's so sad...
