June 15, 200718 yr booo Yankees yes thomas boo yankees go astros !!!!!! and my tournement team called the rebels
June 15, 200718 yr Jeter isn't a loser to reiterate what Boja said. I don't think he ever had a losing season and has won more championships than you really need to win after just entering the league. Anyway, baseball is boring unless you are at the game and even then kinda makes me sleepy.
June 15, 200718 yr yes, definetely like the Rangers and Astros combined have been in the playoffs only 1 TIME!!!! Texas has the best NBA teams, NCAA teams, Space Program, Drivers, Athletes, and Gamers* NFL? Dallas Cowboys? We beat the Super bowl champs earlier this past season... Colts were 9-0 and lost 21-14.
June 15, 200718 yr of all the baseball teams I like Yanks the most; loosers or not they did the best move in the history - traded for Babe I disagree with all who claim the present Yankee team is a bunch of guys who are there for the money. Well, think of it from the different perspective: you can earn 1 mln when you're in Texas or 10 mlns if you play for NYY. What would you do? I'd play for 10 and I always thought it was the way USA was built around... Think of it as a 'job' not a... well, I dunno what it could be. Mariusz Czerkawski (mediocre hockey player) said that while he was playing in NHL he was treated like an employee, not some sportsman who required the special treatment. That's it.
June 15, 200718 yr Yankees= the dumbest, worst team in Sports How can they be the dumbest team in baseball??? It doesn't take much to hit a ball, run around, and catch a ball. You don't need brains for that! They aren't one of the worst teams in baseball. No salary cap = buy the best players you can. Now that is smart!!! No brainer there. The only reason that they are good is because they have more money than everyone else. That is why there should be a salary cap in baseball. It would even the playing field. Think about if there wasn't one in the NFL. It would get ridiculous. Agreed on a salary cap. The NFL has it and it just is better that way. Not lopsided because of it. ok the Yankees are only "decent" because A-Rod (traitor), Derek Jeter (always been a loser), and some other stupid players that went to New York because of the money, and now Roger Clemans or how ever you spell it went to New York after his team, the Astros just went to the World Series, that shows how the Yankees can buy off the good players and get into the playoffs. When A-Rod was with the Rangers he was the highest paid athlete making about $247,000,000 to play for like 7 years. I would rather go for the Rockies, Blue Jays, or Brewers than go for them stinkin Yankees Oh, so now I see, you are mad cuz A-Rod left the Rangers. HMMM. Jealous is the word. Red Sox for the Win. Who's in First? Hmmmm LOL YUCK!!! I hate the Red Sox! Sorry Mac, but if you like the Yanks, you have to hate the Red Sox. Jeter isn't a loser to reiterate what Boja said. I don't think he ever had a losing season and has won more championships than you really need to win after just entering the league. Anyway, baseball is boring unless you are at the game and even then kinda makes me sleepy. Agreed, I very rarely watch a whole game. I get sick of watching guys dig their crotches!!!
June 15, 200718 yr I'm not much of a baseball fan but I do like the Padres. baseball is fun sport dude, yes ive been to a Padres game once and strangely my mom caught a foul ball
June 15, 200718 yr NFL? Dallas Cowboys? We beat the Super bowl champs earlier this past season... Colts were 9-0 and lost 21-14. Obviously the Cowboys are nowhere NEAR the best team in the NFL. When is the last time that they won a Super Bowl? Sure they used to be very good... but not so much anymore. It doesn't matter if your team beats them during the regular season. All that ends up mattering is the playoffs. I would say that the Colts, Chargers, Patriots, Saints, Bears, and many more teams are better than the Cowboys. At least they were last year. And don't even get me started on the TEXANS! Back to baseball: BountyHunter, of course they are going to take the 10 million over the 1 million. That is the exact point that we are making. The Yankees can afford to give them 10x as much as other teams (minor exaggeration), so in turn they can get a lot of good players from other teams. That is the point. But yeah I don't really follow baseball... I actually hated it until a few weeks ago when I started to want to keep up with it a little bit, and found myself liking the Red Sox. I think that I am just craving sports (cough cough, FOOTBALL) so much that I am turning to what they have on TV the most right now. But personally I would much rather hear about news from NFL training camps and offseason stuff that Baseball. Baseball is too slow-paced for me. It would be good if the games moved faster, but there is just too much dickin around for me.
