June 25, 200718 yr What Songs remind you of your youth or good times? For me I remember " The Nigh Chicago Died" and "Benny and The Jets" being at camp at the lake in around 1974 or so and I was 10. I also remember being on trips to the U.S. with my parents and " Telephone Line by E.L.O. and John Cougar songs back in the late 70's early 80's. And you?
June 25, 200718 yr "End of the Innocents" Don Henley, always reminds me of riding my motorcycle from Phoenix AZ, to Madison WI, the summer of my sophomore year of High School! Def Leopard, Hysteria, Summer of 88 the year I got my drivers license and wore that Cassette out!
June 25, 200718 yr Dad was into James Brown and the like mom was into The Beatles and Rod Stewart so on trips I heard alot of different music from 60's 70's rock and motown. And no they were'nt hippies Dad was Air Force in fact my parents would have never met if he wasn't in the air force
June 25, 200718 yr Hmm I am still only 17, but songs that remind me of an earlier time: Strangely enough, The Night Chicago Died reminds me of about 3rd grade. That and Turn Turn Turn. Rolling Stones music reminds me of 6th-8th grades.
