July 8, 200718 yr Just did a search in the Armory advanced search and came up with a bunch of threads with the word "headset" in them. You should try this feature out. The ones that I was thinking about are from the this thread. http://www.thearmory.cc/forum/showthread.php?t=10593&highlight=headset Go big, get 5.1 surround, I think I have even seen 7.1, that would be great. Or if you don't want to spend the 'big' bucks, just go to Walmart and get the cheapest ones, with a mike you can find, in 2.1 unsurround.

Amazon.com: Customer Reviews: Edimensional Audiofx Gaming Headset Some people are saying the mic is a little too short but take some scissors, cut the mic thing, add some wires to lengthen it, a little duct tape and ur set Other reviews say the mic is fine though
July 8, 200718 yr how do these look? I have no personal experience with them. I still think surround is the way to go. Multidirectional sound, sounds great. Its one thing I do like about my headset. To turn around in the game and be able to I dentify exactly where the sound is comming from. And why would you want to cut something you just got? Mine have lots of speakers in each ear. I think if they would not hurt me I would not mind them. As it is I use them until my ears hurt from the set resting on them, it is usually time to stop gaming, at least for a little while. /monthly_06_2011/post-1952-130810197649_thumb.jpg

July 8, 200718 yr I use this one that lets me hear your shotgun sounds across the maps. It has a built in amplifier that runs on a AAA battery. The battery doesn't last too long. I know ur saying its expensive but its worth it. I referred taco to it and he loves it.
