"They gave me a phone number, I started printing all the business materials with the phone number and yesterday I find out the phone number is for Puerto Rico," she said. Lucas says she's probably called Sprint dozens of times a month to get the issues resolved. She never worried about making those calls, until recently. The reason? Sprint is dropping customers who complain too much. The company sent out letters telling about 2,000 of its subscribers they must find a new wireless provider because they complain too much. lol

I think those people should be forced to pay for all the services they stole from Sprint, not just have their accounts terminated. I can't stand people who think they deserve something for nothing.
