I'm diggin' the new server logo. ( I did really like the old one, but I guess change is good )

Just wondering-

Whats the font for "The Armory"?

Who made this logo?

Did you make a soldier called (=A=) or did you just photoshop that dogtag? lol

 

And, can this be a thread that artists can use to make new server logos? of course, needs to be better than the one on now and approved by Gator or some high authoritative figure. I'm sure someone can make a really cool logo. Not that this one is bad, just saying that the armory deserves something better. Again, I'm not dissin' the artist and saying its bad, I'm just saying that theres a lot of talent on this site and you guys could use that to make really cool logos.

The background is from Northern Strike (makes me think if we don't have NS, is it cool to display it on the logo?,don't get me wrong it looks awesome) and the tags were done with the photoshop i bet.

Well I'm just gonna make one for the heck of it and if you guys don't like it you can throw it away, if you do like it use it. I don't really care if you like it or not lol I just need some more experience with photoshop and something to kill some time.

-I like it, It is clean and more importantly clear. If you do not blur the bejesus out of it, It could be cool.

I actually like to server logo and I don't know if its possible to make anything better PTD did a good job. Great text, background, quality, My type of server logo.

Well thats why I'm making one to just make one. I want to get the experience of making a server logo because I need it for some other clans.

 

Heres the way I see it:

 

If Gator, PTD magazine, and the majority of the Armory like it and want to use it, they can use it. If they would rather not have it then I might try again but I won't bug or complain about how much time I put into it and get upset for not using my work.

Seriously? Check the site, search for sponser, or PTD, or magazine maybe. There has been all kinds of hubbub for the past two months.

I haven't been getting much time into this logo because I've been kinda busy with other things. I think a server logo needs to be nice and simple. So heres how far I got in the last 20 minutes. And half that time I was trying to find out a way to put PTD magazine in there. I ended not being able to find a place a for it , but I'm still trying to find one. I like this because its nice and crisp because I used high rez images making it, but I don't like it because it doesn't compare to one the armory had before PTD. If anyone wants to go into photoshop themselves with this, the PSD is in the attachments.

Looks good. More detail, I mean, more in the pic would be more good.

Oh. Thats what I was saying. I wanted it to be nice and simple, I think more would just ruin it. If you have a specific idea just go ahead and work on it, the PSD was in my last post.
