Theres been like 10 times when i get the "you got killed by" message and i dont die. Any idea?

yes its in spanish... maybe its a bug related to that?

its a bug thats been in the game pretty much since its came out, the same bug was in bf2 which they never fixed I believe.

seeing all those messages written in spanish is pretty cool, I was surprised I still remember my spanish after taking it like 6 years ago!

nothing to worry, happens every now and then, it's just a glitch like many others

Don't worry it happent to me to that is not going to affect the overall score

i think it's just catching up to all the kills i meant to give you.

Happens to me too, just one of those battlefield things.

Yeah, don't worry about it. Battlefield is FAR from perfect in coding sense lol.

Ok so its a bug, but do you know what the bug means or how it originates. I imagine that packets with information with the position of everything is coming and going from server to client very happy, so probably theres some packets that (like in any LAN) is delivered to varius users but only one (the owner) is supposed to open it and have that information. So maybe to optimize the CPU server time it doesnt check who was killed where but in the other hand could send the packet to every user on the area, and then the client should say hey this is me, so im death. And that must be happening or else we would be not dying and dying in wrong situations(which could even happen). Anyway if any of this is true we could have an idea of who is dying near from us very easily.

 

So do any of you guys have noticed that when this happen someone around just died or something?

Errrr btw it happens more to me in city maps and inside the titan, where people is dying very near, very fast...
