Anyone know of a multiplayer patch or mod for BF2 that allows you to play with a freind and the bots! I have tried a couple but they are all very unstable and crash often. I got one from a French site it unlocked all weapons and turned gore on and added support for 27 and 61 bots on all maps and unlocked 64 player versions of all maps for singleplayer mode but still allowed LAN freinds to join in. The prob is that it crashed like no tomorrow LOL. Any suggestions! Weihe and I are trying to play with bots due to the fact that we have no high speed and not enough interested in getting a decent sized LAN game going. so its usually him VS me LOL needless to say it gets boring after a single game!
no,idea's .But best of luck if you do figure it out post it in here.I'd like to know too.

BF2 vanilla already offers COOP support, both online and offline.

How is that. It has either a multiplayer tab for online and LAN. or a single player tab for you vs the bots. How can you either join the single player of another on the LAN or have bots in the multiplayer. I cant figure it out but if it is already in the game WOW i totally missed that one!!! ;)

I swear I remember seeing it in patch notes somewhere...
