Looks nice. Only thing I would suggest to make the sig even more minimalist is to shrink your text (Mencar) further and make it the orange-y colour on the soldier's shoulder. I think then you'd be set.

 

You can get that colour by using the eyedrop tool.

 

(BTW, Taco is absolutely right. Quotes in sigs definitely do overcrowd GENERALLY. There are times when they CAN look great, but as a rule of thumb, keep them out.)

to be honest the text is way to big, ur imo the focal point should be in th center of the sig. work on ur colors and blending of the render also try to creat a flow in the sig to make it more eye catching, I mean I am not an expert but ive been browsing lots of fx sites and read alot of sig making tutorials. Anyway if you want to realy get into sig making go to www.dutchdesignz.com they have lots of tutorials there. But ur sig isnt that bad just needs couple changes:D

^The sig would be fine as-is if the text was just smaller. It's got plenty going on in it so that the render doesn't need to be centered. :D
