September 13, 200718 yr I seem to have bad luck as of late when traveling...A couple of months ago I drove to San Diego and got a flat tire, though I was lucky enough for it to happen in El Centro. And then this past weekend on my way back just outside of Yuma at the Border Patrol check point I got stopped. Apparently the dog must have smelled something(Drugs or a person), but I have never even touched drugs. So I pull aside get out of my car, the lady takes the dog around and even through my car while I am getting patted(sp?) down by another officer. She then sends the dog somewhere and searches on her own, where she pulls something out from the front that couldn't be much bigger than a pin head(didn't see it but I noticed the facial expressions when the looked at it, squinting eyes). I never found out what it was but it must not have been anything because I was released a little while later. It only took like 20 minutes and I was suprised that they didn't try any harder on the vehicle search, I guess the second time around maybe the dog didn't notice anything.
