Thankyou for your responses, good to know you people are 'on the ball' regarding this sort of thing. I've calmed down since earlier, but its been building for a while, so something had to be said. I will in future follow your advice, status, comdump etc.. I'm sure sometimes I ask for it, anyone who's played with me knows how frustrated I get and of course thats my problem. I'll try to not type anything and just play (never been good at just shutting up and playing). Anymore 'disruptions' and I'll inform you, not that I'm a 'snitch'. Maybe its my age (feeling old now-days) but, like you, I think everyone should just enjoy the game. Regards, Arnold.

Just noticed you censor the swear-words in the forum, very wise. But when these were typed in-game, they were not censored. And the few that were replaced with '***' were quickly corrected with extra letters, hence bypassing the filter. One more thing, I was/am only talking about a few players here, 2 maybe 3. Pity they have to ruin the game for others, make many people leave, and generally seek attention.

Hi. I've been playing on TAC server for ages now, as most of you probably know, been kicked a few times for swearing etc.. understandably However, although I 'think' I know what the rules are, it appears that they've changed. I thought that swearing (typing, or on mic), bypassing filter, being homophobic/racist, and generally insulting people because of their religion/creed/culture were all considered to be 'breaking the rules'. Apparently not. Also, I noticed that since the server has 32-player capacity, the welcome message says 'do not use mortars'. Obviously I completely understand this, as its crashed the server a few times before. Now, I've just come from a game where I have been called: '****ing ***got', 'silly ***', 'waster' (thats probably true), '***lord' etc.. There were many others, most of which refering to my ***ual preferences. Regardless of my ***ual preference, I find this behavior childish, offensive and frankly pathetic. On top of this, the said 'players' used mortars, told everyone to use them, typed in upper case for every single message, spammed the chat, and one even told me that they 'owned the server' and 'could ban'. That was when I asked what their problem was. I believe the full response was: 'I can say what I want, this is my server, you don't like it, you have two choices, PLAY OR **** OFF' - Not very pleasant. The last thing was, one player, on my team, constantly blocked me. It happens, but for an entire map, and when they say they're going to it, makes for a poor game. I realise you can't control everything that goes on in your server, and I don't expect much action. But I just thought I'd let you know that you server has gone terribly down hill over the past year. Of course, this isn't your fault, just the cowards that play on there, use aliases, pretend to be admin (with tags) and constantly whine about me whining (isn't this hypocracy?). I will mention names if needs be. Anyway, its been fun, I'll be open to suggestions on new games to play. Arnold. Ps. I noticed one guy called 'London bus bomber'. I know we all like to have unique names, but when some idiot tells me my country deserved to be bombed, when his didn't (we all know what countries) you must understand I get a little irrate. Especially when I knew someone killed in the bombing, on the same train as myself.

hi, Well it appears that I'm still banned, hmm. But I've noticed tht there are two different TAC servers, and I'm only banned on one, which so happens to be your main server. If its any help, its the 'THE ARMOURY <TAC> 3.0 Server', and I snagged the IP (sorry if this is out of order) 70.84.183.12 Normally I wouldn't go on, but playing on other servers, it just isn't the same :peace: Cheers Arnold J. Hi, for some reason I appear to be banned from the main TAC server. Please don't ask me why because I really don't have a clue, I was randomly kicked a few days ago, even though I didn't break any 'rules', think I was mistaken for someone else. Anyway, I'm sure klink or any of the other peeps who know me can vouch for my innocence (and hopefully ignore my arrogance). Cheers. Rimmer.
