  1. Wireless caught up to wired a long time ago. Typically you are limited by the USB throughput rather than the RF transmission from the mouse itself. I have a MX1000 and a new Intellimouse and they both work great for gaming. Try a few out at a store, as they both feel really different IMO. The MS mouse is quite hefty/large feeling and the Logitech is light/slick. My wife uses the MS mouse because she doesn't like the feel of the MX1000. EDIT: Unless you are a competition "big money" level gamer, I doubt you'd notice the difference between some of the really high end mice.
  2. Thanks for the tip Cleatus.
  3. A few pictures have been uploaded. I have a few more somewhere around here of when I first got the car. I'll try and find them. 1970 Dodge Dart Swinger
  4. I have a PhD in Chemistry and a MS in Physics. Other than work, I enjoy restoring old cars. Current "old" car: 1970 Dodge Dart Swinger.

Hmm, I've had the one my wife got me (the version with the buttons not on the wheel) for a few years now. I think it was Christmas 2003. Still seems to work ok for me at least. I use it at work daily because the hum of the instruments is irritating.
  6. Only one wife... no Utah living for me. Remember guys, I'm not usually doing battle with you though. I typically am watching you run by my corpse.
  7. Great server you guys have for BF2:SF. Most of the people seem to play "nice" and there doesn't seem to be a lot of complaining. I just got into BF2, played BF1942 forever and then went to Guild Wars with the clan/guild I've been playing with since 1996. We'd played through NWN, Tribes 1&2, UT99 & 2004, C&C games, all BF games, World of Warcraft and Guild Wars. Sadly, most of us are getting too old to play consistently as competitors or even just casual. So I've been on the prowl to find a relaxed group of players to riddle me with bullets for a bit. I have 2 children, 1 wife, a busy schedule and no time left for tournaments/ladders/competition. Hope to see more of you on the servers
