God I hate them. My rugby team can't do the 50 or 100 meter suicides we have to do the FULL MILE suicides. 5 miles before we're done. 20 times around the track. 5:30? thats a brutal time for a mile run my last one (2 nights ago) was 3:39. My arms are about 1/2 the size tho (14.8" in cercumfriance.) I love weight lifting, swimming, rugby. Pretty much anything physical. 34 nice. Still didn't beat mine of 68. Was playing rugby, some one forgot to wrap the goal posts in the foamy stuff and I got tackeled into one of the littel hooks that the nets tie onto and my leg got real mangled. As for my name, the desk that my computer sits on has a humungo map on it. When I started playing HL, I said to myself "I need a name" looked down at the desk and the words "Polar ICE PACK" where the first that I saw.
